7 Tips for Making and Keeping Your Resolutions

Every year, we begin the new year with our resolutions and goals, and we get to work on accomplishing them as soon as possible. However, this state of affairs will only persist for a fixed period of time before we revert back to our usual habits.

Many of us decide at the beginning of each new year that we are going to make a fresh start by either going to the gym more often, eating healthier foods, or doing both of these things. So, we are going to make an effort to get more exercise and cut back on the amount of junk food that we eat. And before the month of February arrives, our undesirable routines have already started making a comeback, and before you know it, you’re right back where you started.

In today’s episode, I’m going to talk to you about the 7 tips that will make it easier for you to remain committed to the path that will ultimately bring you success in achieving your goals and resolutions.
