Sis, the pain you endured was never meant to label you. The heartbreak, the betrayal, and the loss, and the lies, were chapters, not your title.

Healing isn’t proof that you were never hurt, it’s evidence that God can take what was shattered and make it whole again.

We often think that the cracks in your story are places of shame, but they aren’t, they’re the exact spots where His light shines through the brightest. What broke you doesn’t define you. The amazing work that God does in your life does.

Today, release the need to rush the process. Breathe and trust that every tear you’ve cried has watered the ground for new and powerful growth. Your healing is already unfolding, and your future is still powerful and radiant with purpose.

You are not broken beyond repair, you are being rebuilt into something so much stronger, more compassionate, and more powerful than ever before.

Psalm 23 is a prescription for peace.
Peace isn’t found in hustling harder or leaning on people who can’t carry your soul.

True rest comes when you stop striving and let God lead.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want…” Psalm 23:1

You don’t have to chase people for validation. You don’t have to exhaust yourself trying to prove your worth. And you don’t have to fear walking through dark valleys.

Why? Because your Shepherd desires to lead, restore, and protect you. Stop trying to carry it all. Your Shepherd’s got you.

Peace isn’t something you hustle for; it’s something you receive when you let Him order your steps.

Sis, rest is holy and safety is found in His presence. Breathe in this truth, you lack nothing, because the Shepherd lacks nothing.

You're tired. You’re overwhelmed. Maybe you're even questioning if He sees you at all.

But here’s the thing, He does.
And He’s not distant.

He’s not waiting on you to have it all together.

If you’re broken, He’s the Healer.
If you’re lost, He’s the Guide.
If you’re tired, He’s the Rest.
If you’re doubting, He’s still Faithful.

You don’t have to fit into some perfect spiritual mold. You just have to show up, real, raw, undone, and let Him be who He promised to be.

Because the truth is, you don’t have to have it figured all out, you just have to lean on the One who already has.

He's not waiting on a performance; He's waiting on a yes.

So, let Him be your I AM today, whatever that means for you.
